The competent supervisory authority in Morocco is the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

3. Data we process and why
3.1 Visiting the website
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser type and operating system (server log files). This data is needed to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.
3.2 Contact forms
If you use one of our contact forms, we process the data you enter (for example name or company, email address, industry, subject and your message) in order to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer or a cooperation. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Before sending, you confirm that you have read this privacy policy. The forms contain invisible anti-spam protection that does not store personal data.
3.3 Email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your message to handle your request, on the same legal bases as above.
3.4 Chat function
If you use the chat window on our website, the messages you enter and technical data are processed by the provider of the chat service so that we can reply to you. The chat is loaded only after you have agreed to it in the cookie settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use technically necessary cookies, for example to remember your language choice and your cookie settings. These cookies are required for the website to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Optional services, such as the embedded Google Map on our contact page and the chat window, are only activated if you consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
5. Service providers
- Hosting and email: Hostinger International Ltd. hosts this website and our email mailbox. Hostinger processes data on our behalf.
- Google Maps: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC provides the map on our contact page. When the map is loaded (only after your consent), your IP address is transmitted to Google.
- Chat service: the provider of the chat window processes chat messages on our behalf (only after your consent).
- Social media: our website only contains links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. No data is transmitted to these networks until you click on a link.
6. International data transfers
As a Moroccan company, we receive and process your inquiries in Morocco. Morocco is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. If you contact us from the EU, the transfer of your data to Morocco is necessary to answer your request and to take steps you have asked for (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR), or is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Some of our service providers may process data outside your country; where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request. If no business relationship results, we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as required by statutory retention periods.
8. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 you have the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification and the right to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons. Under the GDPR you also have the right to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@inter-brueckenbauer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNDP in Morocco (www.cndp.ma) or, if you are located in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.
9. Security
Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the padlock in your browser. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
